The client would like to bringing the way of Shanxi Courtyard House living to the suburb of Beijing.
The architectural symbols, roof-scape and proportion of spaces of the traditional local courtyard house were studied thoroughly, applied back to the design, give strong “Shanxi” accent to the modern-traditional design.
